Today Katalsyt signed off a Symbian location based service (LBS) application designed to utilise the GPS functionality on new smart phones enabling the Client`s call centre to map the callers precise location when a call is made to the emergency contact centre. Katalyst had initially developed a Java applicaiton but migrated this to a Symbian platform to enable greater handset and geographic deployment
