Invite a manager/director from another division or section of the company to lunch. Talk about the Call Centre so that they understand what you are doing and try to figure out what you can do to help them. At the least you maintain and build a relationship…and you never know when these allies will be useful. You also never know how you can be useful to others and that has payoffs that can’t be predicted.
Fast and furious at Thruxton race circuit

Katalyst rewarded their indirect sales team with a Race Day at Thruxton Circuit in Hampshire

The day saw the sales team test out their driving skills on high performance super cars including Porsche and Ferrari on the UK`s fastest race track
True to form the guys put the metal to the floor and blasted around the circuit providing a pure adrenaline rush.

Special congratulations to Andy Mitchell who won the best driver award from the instructors
