Katalyst were recently contacted by a major enterprise training company from the capital who required assistance in terms of scoping out their CRM requirements. The task involved mapping the requirements from a number of departments across the organisation who had widely differing roles and touch-points with external partners.
Katalyst consultants held a number of internal workshops with key stakeholders and provided a structure around which a requirements document has been produced clarifying the functionality required. This is currently out with potential suppliers as part of a formal RFP technology selection process.
